Neace Lukens is proud to announce that it was named as one of the 2012 Best Places to Work in Kentucky by the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. As it continually seeks to set new standards of excellence for both employee engagement and business success, Neace Lukens achieved a ranking seven spots higher than its previous position. This is Neace Lukens fourth year as a Best Places to Work recipient.

The Best Places to Work in Kentucky selection process consists of two phases.  The first phase is an employee benefits and policies questionnaire to be completed by the employer, and the second phase is an employee engagement and satisfaction survey to be completed by the employees.  When choosing the winners, the Best Companies Group analyzes the core areas of:

• Overall Engagement

Winners were selected from two categories – small/medium companies with 25-249 U.S. employees and large companies with 250 or more U.S. employees. An awards ceremony was held at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Ky. on April 19 to honor the award winners.
