The Conference on Health and Productivity that Neace Lukens conducts today began ten years ago in Indianapolis and has now spread to municipalities throughout the Neace Lukens footprint. The Conference began with a conviction that poor quality of lifestyle was the primary factor in driving our healthcare costs, in addition to a number of other negative factors. Neace Lukens embraces the philosophy that improving the quality of lifestyle will have a reverse impact on all of these challenges.
It is the primary function of The Conference on Health and Productivity to portray this philosophy in a creative and engaging medium. The Mission of the Neace Lukens Conference is to provide the solutions to the issues faced by the employer’s most valuable asset: the employee. In doing so, we assemble the best minds in the country and bring these thought leaders together for one day to provide Information, Inspiration, Application and ultimately, Transformation.
